Are you ready to work up a sweat and a smile while you’re doing it? We’ve got classes to work your whole body, from Monday to Saturday – then give yourself Sunday off as a rest day! Our classes will run for 45 mins with a maximum of 6 to 8 people per class.

Our Classes have been designed to help our clients gain confidence, feel strong, muscle endurance, increase metabolism, fat burn, lose weight, feel younger, decreased risk and prevention of injury and a better YOU!

We teach you the correct lifting techniques that will help with everyday life.

In our group classes we will be doing compound exercise focusing on big muscle groups that will help with gaining STRENGTH (feel strong) / BUILD MUSCLE (Muscle endurance) / TONE YOUR BODY (look sexy and feel great).
